THE BRIEF:

To boost ticket sales for The Baby Show 2015 taking place at ExCeL London in February. To increase awareness of the Show to consumers, celebrities and journalists.

OUR SOLUTIONS & RESULTS:

  • Invited celebrities including  actress Melanie Hill, The Only Way is Essex stars, Billi Mucklow and Cara Kilbey, TV Presenter, Laura Hamilton and fashionista Naomi Isted. Organised photo-call with speaker, Michelle Heaton which resulted in coverage on the Mail Online and OK! online
  • Approached key pregnant journalists with info about the Show inviting them along for interviews with expert speakers
  • Worked with Bumpkins, to create a portfolio of loving photos of dads called ‘Generation Dad’ to highlight the changing role of fathers in 2015. Resulted in coverage across online and print media including The Sunday Times and Emma’s Diary which had 1000 people interacting on social media
  • Worked with expert speakers, British Red Cross, to conduct research looking at how parents are in the dark when it comes to knowing what to do in a healthcare emergency for their child. Following the release, first aid expert, Tracey Taylor, was interviewed by Sky News Sunrise on the Friday of the Show
  • Invited chosen mummy bloggers to review exhibitors’ products and increase social media awareness
  • Coverage highlights included; London Live, Sky News Sunrise, Telegraph Online, Mail Online, The Sun, The Sunday Times, The Sunday Times Online, BT.com, Metro, OK!, YOU magazine and HELLO! magazine and website
  • Total number of pieces of coverage to date  = 329 over a 4 month period    -     ROI: 1:170
