The Brief:
To position L'Oreal as a desirable corporate employer with strong entrepreneurial values, a place where creativity and innovation is encouraged and rewarded.
Our Solution & Results:
- Commissioned research with 2,000 UK employees to reveal insight into the key attributes most sought after in an ideal employer and workplace. Results showed that entrepreneurship was a key aspect
- Associated the idea of the ‘intrapreneur’ with L’Oreal’s working culture – a place where employees are encouraged to ‘be their own boss’ but with the support and influence of a corporate powerhouse
- Compiled an ‘intrapreneur’ report detailing three key themes (What a career now means in 2013, Rise of the ‘intrapreneur’ and Thinking small in culture to remain a big corporation) positioning L’Oreal at the forefront by implementing these insights
- Coverage highlights include: Evening Standard, City AM, Metro online, Yahoo!, Marie Claire online with an Audience Reach of 21,033,132, PR Value hitting £114,844 and 38:1 ROI
