Alan is a senior journalist with many years of top-level experience on the country's biggest national newspapers.

He was Night Editor of both The Sun and The Mirror, Deputy Editor of the Sunday People, and Chief Sub Editor of the News of the World before moving into PR.

He has written more headlines than he's had hot dinners. And when the excitement gets too much, he can  be found watching his favourite team, Norwich City.
